Myrtle Beach & Tennessee Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced Regional Manager, Contract Compliance to lead contract compliance and Quality Assurance operations across our Myrtle Beach market while providing leadership and oversight for our Tennessee locations. This is a highly visible, production-driven leadership role for a vacation ownership professional who understands the importance of a strong closing process, contract accuracy, compliance, owner confidence, and retention. What You'll Do Lead and support Contract Compliance/QA operations across the Myrtle Beach and Tennessee markets Personally conduct and close vacation ownership transactions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance Manage, coach, and develop site QA/Contract Compliance leadership and team members Ensure contracts, credit documentation, funding requirements, disclosures, and closing procedures meet company and regulatory standards Monitor rescissions, cancellation trends, closing performance, contract quality, and regional retention Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and executive leadership Identify potential compliance or misrepresentation concerns and resolve escalated owner issues Conduct site visits, audits, training, and performance reviews throughout the region Implement consistent processes that protect the company while creating a positive and confident owner closing experience Compensation This role offers a multi-layered compensation structure designed to reward both individual and regional performance , including: Competitive base salary Weekly production-based earnings tied to personally closed transactions Regional performance and retention incentive opportunity For the right industry professional, this structure provides the stability of leadership compensation with the ability to directly participate in production and regional results. What We're Looking For 2+ years of vacation ownership/timeshare experience Strong background in Quality Assurance, Contract Compliance, Closing, or Sales Administration Previous leadership or multi-site management experience strongly preferred Thorough understanding of vacation ownership contracts, disclosures, rescission requirements, financing documentation, and closing procedures Proven ability to manage cancellation and retention performance Strong communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively with both sales leadership and compliance-focused teams Willingness to travel regularly between assigned markets Flexibility to support weekend operations as business needs require Why Capital Vacations?
