Full-time | Exempt Position Summary & Responsibilities University Health is seeking an experienced Integrity Manager to support our mission of maintaining the highest standards of ethics, privacy, and compliance across the organization. In this vital role, you'll assist the Chief Compliance/HIPAA Officer with the systems and processes used for analytical auditing and monitoring activities that ensure adherence to University Health's Compliance Program. You'll also assess, plan, implement, and evaluate organization-wide learning activities that strengthen our Integrity and HIPAA compliance programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the development and execution of auditing and monitoring systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Identifying trends and recommending specialized training based on audit results. Managing and improving processes related to data extraction, analysis, and reporting for compliance and privacy initiatives. Utilizing data analytics tools to optimize auditing and monitoring activities. Providing education and resources to staff on HIPAA and integrity standards. Assisting in identifying opportunities to enhance compliance systems and processes. Maintaining strict confidentiality and staying current on legal and regulatory requirements related to patient privacy. Performing additional assignments promptly and efficiently to support departmental goals. This role requires initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to manage daily compliance activities independently while working collaboratively within the Compliance and Privacy team.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Compliance/HIPAA functions. Strong knowledge of healthcare privacy laws and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in computer software applications and data analytics tools used in compliance and auditing.
Preferred:
Certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) or other healthcare compliance credentials. Experience with healthcare compliance programs, data-driven audits, and organizational training initiatives. Why Join University Health?
