The Bank Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Bank's Compliance Program to ensure the Bank is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules governing its operations and product offerings.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
Oversee the Bank's Compliance Management Program to ensure the Bank is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules governing operations and product offerings. Plan, organize, and control the Bank's operational compliance activities and collaborates with management in the overall administration of the program. Provide expert advice and guidance through periodical reporting to Bank's Board of Directors, Senior Management, and Bank personnel regarding existing and emerging compliance issues. Consult and guide Senior Management regarding establishing controls to mitigate risks. Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and manage the annual Health of Compliance review schedule/audit program for the Bank. Monitor and ensure completion of risk mitigation recommendations contained within the various Health of Compliance reports. Oversee the development and compliance with regards to the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Strategic Plan. Periodically review and update the Bank's policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable federal laws and regulations. Create new policies as needed. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program, which addresses applicable federal laws and regulations; compile and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions for Bank personnel as well as the Bank's Board of Directors as necessary.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or working towards. 7+ years of BMW Group/FS and/or Financial Services Industry experience. 5+ years of experience within regulatory compliant environment. 3+ years of experience working in a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) environment. The expected salary range for this position is $94,600.00 - $161,900.00. The advertised salary range outlines the typical compensation for an individual entering this position. The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements. In addition to meeting position requirements, positions designated as Leadership Level IV or Expert Level IV require successful Function Level IV validation, either achieved prior to application submission or as part of the candidate consideration process
Specifics:
Position reports to Dave Rzeczkowski, Bank Chief Financial Officer. It is Salt Lake City, UT based and is in salary band LL IV. The selected candidate's Personal Grade (PG) and geographical location will be used as the final components of the salary band assignment. Relocation assistance is available.
