Position Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated, energetic HR, Legal and Operations Intern to join our Legal Team for the summer and assist us in a number of areas, including: Monitoring changes in relevant global labor and employment regulations. Auditing labor and employment processes to evaluate trends and risk profiles. Evaluating the use of GenAI tools and capabilities to streamline and automate labor and employment practices. Completing projects to improve legal processes and facilitate collaboration. Researching and modeling best practices and alternative approaches. The ideal candidate would be able to: Quickly understand key business objectives. Spot risks and opportunities quickly, providing concise summaries and actionable solutions. Manage diverse projects independently with a high level of efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications Experience and Skills Preferred:

Current enrollment in a university degree program. Highly developed written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Positive attitude and interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and effective working relationships. Compensation Info The U.S. hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
