We are on growth journey - now looking for our next star - a passionate IMS Coordinator to join our team at the Manchester Centre in the USA, reporting into our product family leader. Purpose of Position The Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, improving, and ensuring compliance of Dometics integrated management systems in line with
ISO 9001
(Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and
ISO 45001
(Occupational Health & Safety) standards. This role also oversees warranty processes, including claim analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action implementation to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. The IMS Coordinator works cross-functionally with operations, Installation and sales teams to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the manufacturing facility. Main responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO
14001, and
ISO 45001
requirements Control and manage documented information, including procedures, work instructions, and records Support internal and external audits Coordinate audit schedules, findings, corrective actions, and closure tracking Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and standard requirements Support management review processes and KPI reporting Support quality assurance processes, including nonconformance management and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) Conduct root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) and implement corrective actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes Monitor product quality trends and support process improvements People Management Undertake line manager duties for the installer Environmental & Health & Safety Assist in maintaining environmental and occupational health & safety programs and training Track environmental aspects, impacts, and compliance obligations Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation Promote a strong safety culture and participate in risk assessments Warranty Management Manage warranty claims process from intake through resolution Analyze warranty data to identify trends and systemic issues Collaborate with engineering and production teams to determine root causes Drive improvements to reduce warranty costs and improve customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records and reporting of warranty performance General Support the overall team when necessary Be responsible for your own health and safety and aware of other's health and safety in the workplace Undertake other tasks as may be required from time to time by the Directors of Dometic. Preferred experience 2-5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with
ISO 9001
required; ISO 14001 and/or
ISO 45001
preferred Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001) preferred ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) Experience with warranty or customer complaints handling is highly desirable Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Excellent IT skills in standard office software packages Very good standard of written and spoken English - required Strong understanding of integrated management systems Knowledge of auditing principles and practices (internal auditing experience preferred) Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving tools Strong data analysis and reporting skills Excellent organizational and document control capabilities Why work for us?
