DESCRIPTION
The Ops Trust Team manages privacy and Algorithmic Systems compliance for Amazon Operations. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Ops Trust team, focused on AI Compliance and Privacy program execution within Worldwide Operations. This role sits at the intersection of privacy, AI compliance, and program management- ensuring that Amazon systems and applications comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
