You will define what needs to be built, coordinate with engineering and operational teams, and drive delivery against deadlines. Once a compliance program is live, you will track that it stays compliant. You will manage structured reviews, assess how business changes interact with existing regulatory obligations, and respond to regulatory inquiries from government agencies. You will also manage regulatory data obligations, coordinating responses to government data requests, ensuring accuracy and integrity of regulatory submissions, and maintaining visibility into our data reporting footprint across Americas. This role requires someone who can operate across all of these dimensions simultaneously, prioritize effectively under competing deadlines, and communicate complex regulatory topics to stakeholders.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
