This hands-on role will lead a team of control testers to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our enterprise compliance controls. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in building and managing robust testing and monitoring programs within a complex organizational structure. As a key leader on the enterprise compliance team, you will collaborate with internal lawyers and operational partners across the business to create and maintain robust compliance practices around controls. You will be a passionate and experienced leader with comprehensive understanding of GRC frameworks and corporate compliance programs. What you'll do in your role. Manage and develop a dedicated team of compliance testers. Provide expert guidance and advice to business owners and legal SMEs on the development of effective compliance controls. Collaborate with legal counsel to understand implications of non-compliance and develop robust remediation strategies. Drives AI- data

- advancing predictive compliance analytics, dashboards, and monitoring so the function becomes increasingly predictive rather than reactive over time Review and approve final reports documenting testing findings, recommendations, and management responses.

National Base Pay Range:
$117,800- $212,500 The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity.
