Hiring Range $30.14 to $40.18 Pay Range $30.14 to $45.20Compliance Specialist II:
Hiring Range $34.50 to $46.01 Pay Range $34.50 to $51.76Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the Senior Compliance Analyst in the ongoing implementation, maintenance, and advancement of the organization's corporate compliance program. This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.Qualifications:
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF's vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services: 1. An Associate degree in Administration, Business, Health, Public Health, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. 2. Three (3) years of administrative experience which may include work in a legal or regulatory environment; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Program Coordinator II at SCF. Additional Qualifications forCompliance Specialist II:
1. Two (2) years of additional experience in Health Care Compliance; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Compliance Specialist I at SCF.Native Preference:
Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training. SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.Employee Health Requirements:
