Position Overview:
We are hiring s Home Inspection Officer. This is an entry-level role responsible for supporting developmental home operations through regular home visits, inspections, and administrative coordination. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with Arizona DDD standards while maintaining strong communication between field operations and executive administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and capable of managing a flexible schedule that includes travel throughout Arizona to complete required inspections in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring departmental operations to meet compliance and quality assurance standards (Articles 9, 10, 11, and 15). Conduct routine home visits, facility inspections, and provide on-site support to developmental home providers . Organize digital and physical records, maintain schedules, and track compliance tasks. Support internal audits and assist with documentation for state or internal reviews. Coordinate and manage inspection schedules to ensure all visits are completed accurately and on time Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related systems for documentation and communication. Draft reports, meeting summaries, and assist with operational planning activities.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional office environment Fluent in English (spoken and written) Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and general office technologies Strong sense of professionalism and ability to operate in a structured administrative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) Bilingual (Spanish preferred) Experience in behavioral health, compliance, or quality assurance (preferred but not required) Level•
