Job Description

The Systems & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing system operations, ensuring leasing and financial compliance, and supporting consistent property-level performance. This role oversees Entrata system administration, conducts audits, supports financial processes and move-outs, and delivers targeted training to enhance operational accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Entrata System Management & Support:
Act as the primary resource for Entrata-related questions, support, and troubleshooting for property-level staff. Manage property and user settings within Entrata to ensure proper system configuration. Oversee Entrata setup during transitions or acquisitions. Address and escalate technical system issues as needed. 2.
Leasing & Financial Compliance:
Conduct lease and system audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards. Review lease activity, move-out reports, and deposit accounting for discrepancies and compliance. Collaborate with site teams to resolve accounts receivable issues in Property Management System. Perform spot audits to identify and correct process gaps, providing feedback and support as needed. Aid in resolving Accounts Receivable issues for each property. 3.
Training & Development:
Identify Entrata and process training needs across property teams. Perform training for new hires and underperforming teams on the Property Management System. Promote best practices and support adoption of system tools across properties.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in property management, leasing compliance, or systems administration. Strong working knowledge of Entrata or comparable property management platforms. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to train and support cross-functional teams. Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
