As we continue expanding, we're investing in strong leadership, smarter systems, and exceptional service. We're looking for a DOT Compliance Officer who can help drive our Third-Party Administration (TPA) operations and play a key role in our next stage of growth. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll guide daily TPA operations while helping the business run more effectively, serve clients more strategically, and scale with confidence. You'll have the opportunity to: Oversee key service areas including Drug Free Workplace Programs, Background Screening, Fingerprinting, Employee Training, and DOT Compliance services. Help ensure excellence in regulatory compliance, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements. Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and grow existing business relationships. Build, refine, and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures that increase efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with leadership to shape new products, services, and operational strategies. Contribute to business growth by developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and helping achieve company revenue goals. Leverage technology and AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, customer service, and operational efficiency.
