We're looking for a DOT Compliance Officer who can help drive our Third-Party Administration (TPA) operations and play a key role in our next stage of growth. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll guide daily TPA operations while helping the business run more effectively, serve clients more strategically, and scale with confidence. You'll have the opportunity to: Oversee key service areas including Drug Free Workplace Programs, Background Screening, Fingerprinting, Employee Training, and DOT Compliance services. Help ensure excellence in regulatory compliance, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements. Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and grow existing business relationships. Build, refine, and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures that increase efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with leadership to shape new products, services, and operational strategies. Contribute to business growth by developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and helping achieve company revenue goals. Leverage technology and AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, customer service, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Proven experience in team management, customer service, office coordination, and/or account management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Familiarity with FMCSA Clearinghouse. Experience in Drug and Alcohol Testing or Third-Party Administration (TPA). Experience managing teams of two or more employees. Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and customer service. Spanish-speaking is a plus.
