This role is crucial in supporting our business operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative support and a keen interest in compliance and operations. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence. Most importantly, the candidate must possess a team-first mentality and be willing to go above and beyond to Deliver the Difference. Key Responsibilities Administer background checks, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks and drug screening for Network Carrier Partner's (NCP's) Review NCP Operating Authority Process and manage requests for Certificates of Insurance. Track and report CSA/SMS measurements to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Maintain accurate records of all insurance-related documents. Manage, oversee and provide assistance with workflows within the Open Force platform. Monitor and manage the expiration of documents within the Open Force system. Ensure timely renewal and compliance with all required documentation. Accurately code invoices for services provided by AccuSource. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. Maintain and update the Master Compliance SharePoint site, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Conduct background check reruns as needed for NCP's. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Manage Performance Bond ATDs following the completion of NCP contracts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with contract requirements. Qualififications Highschool Diploma or equivalent related work Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory standards. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
