This role is responsible for ensuring accurate account setup, documentation review, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end setup and maintenance of new commercial and fiduciary client accounts using internal account opening systems. Review, validate, and assemble account documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures. Process account maintenance requests, including account updates, corrections, documentation remediation, and record maintenance. Support a variety of account types, including business, trust, estate, and other fiduciary account structures. Partner with relationship managers, compliance teams, and other internal stakeholders to resolve documentation deficiencies and facilitate timely account activation. Ensure data accuracy across multiple banking platforms and internal systems. Monitor account documentation for adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements. Research and resolve operational issues while maintaining service level expectations. Maintain thorough records and documentation of account activities and updates. Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in banking operations, financial services, account administration, or a related field. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Experience opening accounts in financial services or related is required. Strong customer/client facing experience is required. Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy. Experience reviewing and processing documentation for new and existing accounts. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written communication skills with the ability to effectively resolve documentation and operational issues. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting trust, estate, fiduciary, or wealth management account operations. Knowledge of banking regulations and account governance requirements. Familiarity with Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and related compliance standards. Experience working with commercial banking account structures and documentation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Brea, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
