Mon-Fri on site Loan Consultant Description Perform end‑to‑end setup of new commercial and fiduciary client accounts through internal account‑opening platforms Review, assemble, and validate new account documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance Process account maintenance requests, including updates, corrections, and documentation remediation Support a wide range of account types, including business, trust, estate, and fiduciary structures Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and ensure timely account activation Skills 2-4 years of experience in commercial banking operations or a comparable back‑office role Hands‑on experience with new account opening documentation, including business, trust, estate, and fiduciary accounts Strong knowledge of account‑opening controls, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements Proven ability to process high volumes of work accurately with exceptional attention to detail Experience working within internal banking portals or workflow/account‑opening systems Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior exposure to trust, estate, or fiduciary operational workflows. Familiarity with regulatory expectations around KYC, CIP, and account governance. Strong written communication skills for internal issue resolution and documentation follow‑ups. Ability to prioritize workload effectively in a deadline‑driven environment. Experience navigating multiple internal systems simultaneously. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Brea, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00- $32.
