This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in compliance, risk management, or corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in compliance monitoring activities and internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records of compliance documentation and reports Support the preparation of compliance reports and help track updates to relevant regulations and industry guidelines Assist in training initiatives by helping develop and distribute compliance-related materials Work collaboratively with the legal and compliance teams to identify, document, and report unethical or non-compliant behavior Participate in special projects related to risk management, regulatory changes, or policy development as assigned Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Bilingual English/Spanish required.
