Full-Time We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Coordinator to establish, and manage human resources processes and compliance programs for a growing construction company. This role will be responsible for developing HR procedures, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll administration as needed, overseeing fleet and business license compliance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements and providing operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and possess working knowledge of California labor compliance requirements, including prevailing wage and public works projects. Human Resources & Compliance Payroll Support as needed Fleet Compliance Business License Administration Administrative & Operational Support Coordinate check pickups, document deliveries, and other company-related errands as needed. Coordinate material runs and assist with procurement of office and project-related supplies. Provide administrative support to management and project teams. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Rate (Up to): $28.00 - $30.00
