Job Description

Job Summary Data Analyst / Compliance Officer We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst / Compliance Officer to support organizational compliance initiatives while providing data analysis and reporting that drives informed decision-making. This role is responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance, conducting internal audits, analyzing data trends, preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, knowledge of compliance standards and regulations, proficiency with data management and reporting tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to management. Duties Collect, organize, and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, clinical trials, and quality assurance activities to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with County and State regulations and other relevant standards by reviewing documentation, procedures, and processes regularly. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for management and regulatory bodies. Support project management efforts by coordinating data collection activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of compliance-related tasks. Collaborate with management team to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the systems. Conduct inhouse audits of quality systems to verify adherence to compliance requirements and identify potential risks. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance management systems that streamline regulatory reporting and documentation processes. Stay current with evolving regulations related to quality assurance to ensure ongoing compliance. Experience Proven experience in data analysis , with a focus on compliance management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with quality assurance protocols, and regulatory audit procedures. Project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Excellent analytical skills combined with strong communication abilities to present findings clearly and persuasively.
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
