Job Description

Position Overview:
The Contract Compliance Coordinator supports the organization's adherence to municipal agreements by managing contract-related obligations, reporting requirements, and audit activities. This role partners cross-functionally with teams such as government affairs, finance, operations, and commercial functions to ensure all contractual commitments are met accurately and on time. The position operates with a high level of visibility and interacts regularly with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track compliance requirements tied to municipal agreements Evaluate contract terms to ensure alignment with operational practices Coordinate and review audit requests and documentation from external entities Maintain and update internal compliance tracking tools and documentation Support government affairs initiatives related to franchise agreements, including rate-related activities Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and contract information Assist with system enhancements and implementation efforts related to compliance tracking (e.g., CRM platforms)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related discipline 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, compliance, or a related area Strong analytical thinking and organizational capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data handling Comfortable working with numerical data and reporting Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
