Property Analyst- Level 2
Junior Level Location:
Palmdale CA What You Will Be Doing As a Property Control Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accountability, compliance, and proper management of company, government, and contractor-acquired property throughout its lifecycle. In this role, you will support property management activities from acquisition through disposition, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, customer requirements, and government regulations. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external agencies to assess compliance, resolve issues, and maintain the integrity of property control systems in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform property control and accountability activities across the full lifecycle, including acquisition, utilization, tracking, and disposition Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and government regulations Investigate, analyze, and resolve property-related discrepancies and regulatory compliance issues Coordinate and support internal and external property assessments, audits, and reviews, including analyzing results and implementing corrective actions Collaborate with customers, federal oversight agencies, and internal teams to ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements Provide guidance and oversight to suppliers to ensure proper control and accountability of company and customer property in their possession- Support pre

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business or related discipline from an accredited college, or 4 years experience in the absence of Bachelors Degree Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite Desired Skills:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600- $106,835.
Benefits offered:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $69,700- $120,750.
