Job Description
Alliance Partnership Analyst Job Summary Supports alliance partnership management by assessing operational and compliance risks, conducting due diligence, monitoring third-party relationships, coordinating testing, managing escalations, and supporting policy development, issue remediation, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Manage and monitor the third-party relationship program, including oversight of software providers and tax professionals. Perform operational and compliance risk assessments and facilitate discussions with business teams to identify key risks and control gaps. Lead testing programs with software partners by coordinating test cases, timelines, documentation, approvals, and change requests. Review third-party websites and marketing materials for regulatory, network, and unfair or deceptive acts and practices compliance. Conduct seasonal audit activities by obtaining required documentation from tax preparers, meeting weekly deadlines, and preparing reports for financial partners. Manage partner escalations related to consumer complaints by analyzing facts, determining outcomes, documenting findings, notifying stakeholders, and preparing summaries of high-risk cases. Research and resolve grievances in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulations related to the business model, including privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements. Support policy development, issue tracking, remediation, reporting, and other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Experience with third-party relationship management, legal operations, finance, banking policies, or related procedures. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High professional integrity and the ability to handle confidential and proprietary information. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with executive-level stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting established deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively, learn independently, and maintain effective internal and external business relationships.
