Job Description
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
SUMMARY
Under general direction of the Senior Compliance Manager, assists with administrative and compliance monitoring needs of the Banks Lending, Operations, Trust, and CRA Compliance Programs.
Assists in preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports for use by various committees, management, and the Board of Directors.
Assists in preparation of various committee and task force documents and reports. Provides administrative support to the Senior Compliance Manager, including assistance with deliverable tracking and submission; communication, meeting coordination, and follow-up with other departments; data retrieval and analytics; report packaging and submission; and other tasks as assigned.
Acts as a back-up to the Risk Management Division Executive Assistant. Assists Centers/Departments with lending compliance questions and problem solving.
Assists with gathering information for internal audits and/or examinations.
Assists with special projects and/or investigations as they arise.
Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job. Provide, present, and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers. Other duties as assigned.
Understanding of federal and state banking regulations, including CRA, lending, operations, and trust compliance.
Ability to review, validate, and interpret data for accuracy and compliance.
Skilled in compiling, formatting, and distributing compliance reports for various stakeholders.
Familiarity with internal audit processes and documentation requirements.
Ability to identify, document, and follow up on compliance issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESConducts lending, operations, trust, and CRA monitoring and data validation functions as directed to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, as well as Bank policies and procedures. Tracks, reports, and resolves issues identified from compliance monitoring efforts as directed.Assists in preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports for use by various committees, management, and the Board of Directors.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. SKILLSTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Access.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSCRCM
