Job Summary:
The Franchise Compliance Coordinator provides support for the Franchise Administrator and Health Permitting Specialist. Responsibilities include but not limited to authoring Notices of Breaches, assist with preparing and filing franchise documents, maintaining franchisee records, applying for health permits and tracking health permit renewals.
Minimum Requirements:
Education
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Training & Experience
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. Licenses; Certificates; Special Requirements
- None Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite required Excellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent time management skills Acute attention to detail High sense of urgency Bilingual (Mandarin or Burmese) a plus.
Ability to read and communicate verbally in English required. Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor, with an ability to interact with employees and others at any level within an organization. Ability to learn and apply departmental or Company policies, procedures and rules. Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision. Ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to establish and maintain co-operative working relationships with employees, managers, Company leadership and vendors Professional level writing and verbal communication skills. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Author and send Notice of Breaches as requested from the field operations team 2. Apply for new health permits 3. Track and renew health permits on a timely basis 4. Assist with preparing and filing franchise documents 5. Maintain franchise records both hard copy and on the Franchise Document software program 6. Manage individual projects as assigned 7. Assist with ad hoc projects to support franchise compliance for internal team members. 8. Develop systems and processes to improve the efficiency of department tasks.
