We are looking to fill 1 full time position 1. Part time-28 hrs.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 4pm-10pm and Sunday 12pm-8pm Hourly. $20.00 plus $150 hr. gas stipend •Additional compensation possible with excellent performance.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be assigned a route where you will monitor parking lots to ensure compliance with parking rules, including issuing parking notices for non-compliance. Must be reliable and hard working.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must be 21years old. Must have and maintain a dependable vehicle A valid state-issued drivers and good driving history Auto liability insurance Must pass a background check Ability to work alone with minimal supervision Ability to interact with other in a courteous and tactful manner Ability to exercise proper judgment in dealing with customers and the general public. Ability to walk for extended periods of time Ability to work all weather conditions Ability to use a smart phone
