- Position Summary
- Regulatory Audit & Reporting work runs through a structured, deadline-driven state reporting workflow across multiple platforms. This role owns end-to-end coordination—from interpreting regulatory requests through report delivery—ensuring data extracts, validation, documentation, and reviews are completed on time, in scope, and at a high quality bar. Key responsibilities
- Translate state regulatory requests into clear extract criteria (due dates, compliance area/state, scope: date range/member/provider/contract situs, platform coverage)
- Define handling for non-standard items and confirm exclusions by platform
- Create and maintain required project and compliance documentation, and coordinate reviews/approvals with Regulatory and legal partners
- Build the project plan: assignments, timeline, kickoff materials, and kickoff meeting coordination
- Set up project infrastructure: tasking, shared folders, templates, and tracking of delivered files/emails to the right owners
- Coordinate on delivery requests; validate data is within scope/viable and follow up on questions/concerns
- Identify anomalies early, protect data integrity across platforms, and drive root-cause resolution before reports are finalized
- Drive quality management: review issues, perform research, document resolutions, and keep due dates from slipping
- Ensure peer review and final review gates are completed before submission
- Prepare and deliver final outputs in the requested format (.xls, .txt, etc.), including required documentation/artifacts
- Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years regulatory reporting or related experience required
- ACL (Audit Command Language) experience or equivalent
- Experience coordinating deadline-driven reporting/audit projects with multiple stakeholders and handoffs
- Strong requirements translation: "request" → "specs" → "validated output"
- Strong data handling and analysis skills: can transform raw extracts into clear findings/insights (trends, exceptions, flags) and explain them in plain language to partners
- Quality and data integrity mindset: validates completeness, accuracy, and scope using repeatable checks (record counts, totals/dollar reconciliation, field-type validation, date-range validation, exclusion logic confirmation, and anomaly investigation)
- Documentation discipline: maintains clear, consistent project and compliance documentation that supports review/approval and reproducibility
- Strong written communication and follow-through (status, risks, decisions, and open questions)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with project tracking databases (PTDB or similar) and structured shared-drive workflows
- Experience with QuickBase (or similar workflow/project tracking tools)
- Regulatory reporting experience and comfort working across multiple platforms/systems
- Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

- 40 •Time Type•Full time •Pay Range•The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.
