Job Description

Job Overview Sonicore Suppressors, a division of Lyman Products, is seeking a detail-oriented ATF Compliance Analyst to support the company's suppressor manufacturing and sales operations. This position is responsible for managing regulatory records, ATF documentation, licensing activities, and inventory compliance processes to ensure all regulated products are manufactured, transferred, and tracked in accordance with federal requirements. Responsibilities Maintain accurate Acquisition & Disposition (A&D) records for all regulated inventory including manufactured and returned goods. Process and track ATF forms, transfers, and supporting documentation for suppressor sales and distribution. Administer FFL and SOT licensing records, renewals, and regulatory filings. Monitor and reconcile serialized inventory records with physical inventory and ERP systems. Support suppressor manufacturing compliance, serialization, and inventory control processes. Conduct routine audits of compliance records and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare documentation and records for ATF inspections and compliance reviews. Maintain compliance procedures and assist with implementation of regulatory updates. Serve as an internal resource for compliance-related questions and process improvements. Work closely with operations, customer service, sales, finance, and shipping teams to ensure compliant manufacturing and sales suppressor products. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in firearms, compliance, regulated manufacturing, inventory control, logistics, quality systems, or related fields. Working knowledge of ATF regulations, NFA requirements, and firearms industry record keeping practices preferred. Experience with FFL/SOT operations, ATF eForms, or electronic bound book systems is highly desirable. Possession of a Connecticut Pistol Permit Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with ERP systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Must be able to pass applicable background checks and meet requirements for access to regulated firearms products.
