SVP CHIEF RISK AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is seeking an accomplished Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO) to help shape the future of a high-performing, member-focused organization. This executive leader will bring deep credit union expertise, strong operational and risk management experience, and a forward-thinking mindset that balances member protection with an outstanding member experience. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CRCO will champion a culture where risk management enables success, innovation, and trust. This leader will help foster a strong enterprise risk culture, strengthen regulatory and operational excellence, and support the evolution of seamless, secure member experiences across every channel. Working closely with the CEO, COO, and fellow executives, the CRCO will leverage regulatory expertise, market intelligence, data insights, member feedback, and operational discipline to advance Charter Oak's strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is energized by continuous improvement, collaborative leadership, and the opportunity to remove barriers, strengthen organizational resilience, and enhance the value we deliver to members and communities.
