Job Description We are seeking an AML Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AML risk interpretation, alert quality review, and KYC/transaction data analysis and a proven ability to render risk-based determinations and validate alert closure quality .

Responsibilities:

Interpret AML risk standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Perform quality analysis to determine whether alerts were properly cleared by Compliance Alerts Analysts. Verify the accuracy and completeness of alert data and documentation. Ensure inclusion of investigations data, SARs and CTRs, KYC information, and relevant account and transaction details to support investigations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of AML risk frameworks, policies, and procedures. Ability to analyze large data sets and synthesize findings. Proficient research, analytical, and comprehension skills. 1-3 years of experience in AML alerts review, quality assurance, or related compliance functions.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with SAR and CTR processes and documentation standards. Exposure to KYC/CDD programs and transaction monitoring systems. Why BCforward?
