This management-level individual contributor role offers visibility across lending, deposit services, and other operational areas, with a strong focus on strengthening oversight and reducing regulatory risk. The right candidate will be able to interpret consumer banking requirements, assess how they apply in day-to-day operations, and turn those expectations into practical controls, guidance, and reporting for leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee adherence to federal and state consumer banking regulations across lending, deposit functions, and related business activities.
  • Design and maintain a structured monitoring program that helps identify compliance gaps and supports timely corrective action.
  • Assess existing controls to determine whether compliance risks are being measured and managed effectively.

  • Identify weaknesses or potential violations and recommend practical solutions to improve controls and reduce risk.
  • Advise business partners and management on fair lending expectations, UDAAP considerations, deposit compliance matters, Regulation GG, and other applicable requirements.
  • Track regulatory changes and communicate their operational impact to leadership, including senior management and the Board.
  • Deliver compliance reporting, employee guidance, and training that reinforces consistent understanding of regulatory obligations.
