Job Description
Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology and fleet management, is seeking a Project Coordinator, Regulatory Compliance to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, Regulatory Compliance, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs Department supporting vehicle registration, permitting, and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$50/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Manage vehicle registration and AV permitting activities across state and local jurisdictions, including initial applications, renewals, modifications, and decommissioning Coordinate with Manufacturing and Operations on necessary documentation to support registration (e.g., VIN verifications, Manufacturers Certificates of Origin (MCO), vehicle inspections) Maintain accurate records of vehicle identification, registration status, and permit requirements Track filing deadlines, upcoming renewals, and eligibility changes to ensure timely submissions Support internal audits, external inquiries, and regulatory inspections by maintaining strong documentation and clear traceability of all filings What's Needed? 4+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory operations, permitting, fleet management, or a similar function Strong organizational skills and a comfort working with detailed, repeatable processes Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, detail-heavy workflows with multiple deadlines Clear written communication and comfort working with cross-functional partners A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn AV-specific regulatory requirements and work in a fast-moving environment What's in it for me?
