Job Description
Description Track, maintain, and ensure compliance of Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors. Coordinate and maintain pest control schedules and service records. Maintain Conference Center, including scheduling, reservations, and tenant support. Process purchase orders and maintain related documentation. Process vendor invoices and coordinate new vendor setup as needed. Monitor and maintain contract summary records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain warranty documentation and tracking logs for building equipment. Prepare, distribute, and track vendor contracts agreements. Prepare and distribute tenant memos as needed. Maintain organized tenant and contract vendor files in accordance with company recordkeeping standards. Provide operational and administrative support to property management initiatives and special projects. Serve as backup support for Tenant Services Coordinator functions during absences or peak periods. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, document preparation, filing, scanning, and copying.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Must Haves:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2-4 years of experience required

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00- $29.
