Banking Park Avenue Group, a division of Angott Search Group, is partnering with a global bank in Florida in the search for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support the bank's consumer and regulatory compliance programs. This is an opportunity for a compliance professional to play a key role in identifying risk, monitoring regulatory changes, supporting compliance initiatives, and partnering across the organization to strengthen its overall culture of compliance.
Responsibilities:
Support consumer and regulatory compliance programs covering Reg B, Reg E, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg Z, FCRA, UDAAP, and privacy requirements.
Review policies, procedures, disclosures, forms, and customer communications for compliance.
Identify and communicate compliance risks, control weaknesses, and potential regulatory violations.
Monitor regulatory changes and industry guidance and support related action plans.
Participate in new product, service, and system reviews to identify compliance risks.
Support complaint management, including intake, tracking, investigation coordination, and documentation.
Assist with remediation efforts, root cause analysis, and closure validation.
Prepare compliance dashboards and reporting for management and Board committees.
Develop compliance guidance and training materials for employees.
Support special projects and other compliance initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in a banking or financial services compliance environment.
Strong understanding of consumer and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ability to research, analyze, and interpret banking regulations and technical materials.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
Strong judgment and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Job # 2317 Share
