Compliance & Quality Specialist Substance Use Disorder & Mental Health | Remote / Hybrid (Broward/Palm Beach) Banyan Treatment Centers is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance & Quality Specialist to support regulatory compliance and quality improvement across our growing network of substance use and mental health treatment programs. Assist with maintaining compliance with Joint Commission, DCF, AHCA, CARF, and applicable regulations under the guidance of senior staff. Help monitor regulatory updates and communicate changes to internal teams. Assist in drafting, editing, and maintaining policies and procedures for behavioral health services. Support Performance Improvement projects, including data collection, tracking, and reporting. Assist with audit preparation, internal audits, and corrective action documentation. Maintain and update compliance databases and generate routine reports. Support the maintenance of the annual Disaster Plan and assist with required drills. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams on quality and compliance initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of compliance-related experience in healthcare/behavioral health, preferably in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment. Basic familiarity with healthcare regulatory bodies such as Joint Commission, AHCA, DCF, or CARF — training provided. Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and compliance or EHR software; experience with KIPU is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
