The ideal candidate will communicate professionally with the public, provide case updates and referrals, and document activities in Versa and OnBase systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and interpret Florida state statutes 3+ years of public-facing professional experience 1+ year of complaint analysis experience High school diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Versa and OnBase systems Bachelor's degree preferred
