Arlington Heights, Illinois, United States Job Description Duties:
Analyze/monitor federal tax filings for regulatory compliance/risk mitigation; conduct internal compliance audits of tax documentation; legal/regulatory research/analysis on U.S. federal tax laws, IRS guidance & international tax treaties; ensure accurate application of regulatory requirements; draft & maintain compliance templates, procedural guidelines, policy memoranda, and standardized correspondence; evaluate federal tax- & information reporting prior to submission; verify & assess client financial/legal documentation; serve as compliance liaison with clients; maintain compliance records in accordance with regulatory standards; implement & monitor data protection procedures & regulatory changes to support compliance.
