Job Description
Regulatory compliance role supporting engine emissions reporting, regulatory interpretation, cross-functional compliance integration, and documentation for regional markets. Job Requirements Experience supporting regulatory emissions compliance for engines within a regional market Experience working cross-functionally with product platforms, engineering, and quality teams Ability to interpret emissions regulations and establish compliance requirements Ability to independently manage assigned compliance activities Experience preparing, coordinating, and submitting compliance reports to federal, state, and local regulatory agencies Experience supporting defect and warranty reporting, emissions recall campaigns, audits, compliance testing, exemptions, and labeling Experience supporting periodic regulatory reporting for engines and equipment Ability to identify regulatory compliance risks and support mitigation strategies Ability to monitor, track, and document regulatory changes and assess product impacts Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel Preferred Skills Experience with Averaging, Banking and Trading (ABT) programs Experience with transition provisions for equipment manufacturers Experience with annual production reporting Emissions compliance documentation and process development Regulatory change tracking and impact assessment Technical compliance reporting Experience participating in technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and industry organizations Familiarity with industry organizations such as EMA and SAE Job Responsibilities Support regulatory emissions compliance activities for engines within the regional market Interpret applicable regulations and establish compliance requirements Prepare, coordinate, and submit required compliance reports to federal, state, and local regulatory agencies Support defect and warranty reporting, emissions recall campaigns, audits, compliance testing, exemptions, and labeling activities Collaborate with engineering, quality, and product teams to prepare and maintain periodic regulatory reporting for engines and equipment Support ABT program reporting, transition provision reporting, and annual production reporting Identify potential regulatory compliance risks and support mitigation efforts Develop, document, and maintain emissions compliance requirements, processes, and procedures Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on current and future products Integrate compliance requirements into product development and lifecycle processes Prepare and communicate compliance status, progress updates, and open issues to management Participate in technical compliance discussions with customers, suppliers, and industry organizations as needed
Pay:
