This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and can confidently manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. The Vendor Compliance Coordinator will oversee the review and approval of vendor agreements, routing guides, terms and conditions, and related documentation. This position will also play a key role in researching, disputing, and resolving customer chargebacks while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities Manage the vendor document review workflow through Wrike Research, dispute, and resolve all customer chargebacks Oversee and maintain vendor exemptions Collaborate with the Data Control Coordinator to validate requirements Partner with Finance to track, reconcile, and finalize chargebacks for reversal or credit Maintain accurate internal documentation and update records based on customer communications Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reporting to internal teams Work with Production Planning to address production facility chargebacks and threshold violations Lead weekly internal chargeback review meetings Oversee the full rebate agreement lifecycle, including contract creation, cross‑department collaboration, and annual review scheduling Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to resolve issues as they arise Initiate and manage SPS Commerce support tickets and business partner agreements, supporting EDI customer onboarding Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and analyze data requirements Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Ability to build positive working relationships across teams Effective time‑management skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities Ability to quickly learn new systems, concepts, and technologies Benefits We believe in offering a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well‑being and security of our employees and their families.
