Type:

full-time Investment Compliance Reporting Analyst We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Compliance Reporting Analyst at a global asset management co. located in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of fund operations, fund accounting or fund compliance experience. Exposure to equities, fixed income and derivatives is required. This is a temporary role (6-12 months) and will pay between $32.00-$42.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. 3 days on-site per week. Starts September 28th, 2026.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in monitoring client guidelines and client reporting shareholder disclosures. Update compliance systems. Assist with the preparation of monthly compliance reports. Assist with the updating and reviewing of all compliance testing for any changes to current investment objectives and policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree is required 1-2 years of fund operations, fund accounting or fund compliance experience Exposure to equities, fixed income and derivatives is required Must be thorough, detail-oriented, persistent, self-motivated, and able to function with a high degree of independence and accuracy. Must be able to work on multiple projects while meeting competing deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with employees and outside parties at all organizational levels.
