Compliance Support Analyst Location :
Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Clearance required : Active Secret with the potential to upgrade to TS/SCI Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Perform environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance activities across assigned operations. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and documentation. Conduct routine inspections and internal audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions. Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports, permits, and submissions. Help coordinate EHS training programs and track employee participation. Collect, analyze, and report compliance data to support performance monitoring and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure consistent adherence to EHS standards and safe work practices. Maintain current knowledge of relevant environmental and safety regulations. Participate in incident investigations and help develop follow-up action plans. Support cross-functional projects related to risk reduction, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Industrial Health, Safety, or Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in environmental health and safety, with a focus on regulations and compliance.
