Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations across multiple campuses, including both physical and virtual locations. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with state and federal regulations to maintain licensure and exemption statuses.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to handle filings and address compliance-related inquiries.
• Gather and organize necessary information from internal teams to support regulatory processes.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other software to manage compliance documentation and reporting.
• Edit and maintain important records, including PDFs, spreadsheets, and other files, to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct due diligence to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports to support organizational decision-making.
• Maintain and update compliance files to ensure all documentation is current and accessible.
• Provide guidance on compliance matters to internal stakeholders, ensuring awareness and adherence.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to support compliance initiatives and continuous improvement.
