Job Description

The Compliance Regulatory Reporting Associate provides timely and accurate preparation and submission of regulatory reports in accordance with applicable rules and standards from regulators. This position also plays a key role in compliance reporting oversight and policy governance as well as maintaining the Coverys record retention schedule. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight and maintenance of Coverys' Regulatory Compliance Calendar to ensure timely submission of required reports and filings across the US enterprise Manage governance of Coverys Corporate policies and procedures, ensuring policies are reviewed and approved in accordance with established timelines and requirements Maintain Coverys record retention schedule, ensuring the schedule adheres to regulatory requirements Complete and submit data reports to regulatory agencies Responsible for CMS reporting to ensure timely and accurate data submission for quarterly reporting of payments Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed Collaborate with departments across the organization to collect and validate data inputs Perform other duties that may be assigned. Education, Experience, Competencies & Values High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred; plus, two to four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Suite with the ability to learn the use of new software applications as required. Strong attention to detail. Proactive approach to work with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. The base salary range for this role is $62,108-$84,042. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications and education.
