What you will be doing:
You are joining a team whose primary mission is helping ensure that Steelcase's products comply with the thousands of regulations and laws around the globe and, most importantly, are safe for our customers. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, BSEE preferred, or demonstrated equivalent technical acumen 3+ years of experience Proficiency/experience in product safety and compliance Global regulatory knowledge and cross-cultural experience Familiarity with standards organizations (e.g. BIFMA, UL, EN, etc.) and associated safety and performance standards Familiarity with electrical compliance (e.g. NEC, CE, EMC, MEPS, CEC, etc.) Strong communication skills in mixed media with technical and non-technical audiences Doing better for people and planet Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
