Job Description
Help strengthen integrity in health care. As a Compliance Program Analyst, you'll support PrimeWest Health's Corporate Compliance Program by coordinating compliance initiatives, analyzing data, monitoring regulatory requirements, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement. Working across the organization, you'll help identify and reduce compliance risks, prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, and ensure our program remains effective and responsive to evolving regulations. What You'll Do Coordinate and support day-to-day Corporate Compliance Program activities. Maintain compliance policies, program documentation, and corrective action plans. Conduct compliance audits, provider reviews, and monitoring activities. Assist with fraud, waste, and abuse prevention, investigations, and Compliance Hotline activities. Prepare regulatory reports and monitor Federal and State regulatory changes. Analyze compliance data, identify trends and risks, and develop reports and dashboards. Recommend process improvements and support projects that enhance program effectiveness. Collaborate with departments across the organization to promote a culture of compliance and accountability. What You'll Bring Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of health care compliance principles and applicable Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care regulations. Ability to research, interpret, and apply regulatory guidance. Experience with auditing, investigations, claims analysis, or health care operations is preferred.
