Job Description
LITCHFIELD, MN - FARM COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
This position is responsible for maintaining compliance standards at the Litchfield, MN farm, as well as helping with various other house-hand responsibilities when necessary while following all company rules and related regulations. Essential Job Functions Must be able to perform these tasks with or without reasonable accommodations. 1. Ensure compliance with all company humane animal care policies and procedures 2. Maintain accurate and legible paperwork 3. Take blood and serum samples from live birds in accordance with the regulations and company procedures 4. Accurately weighing live birds and complete associated reports 5. Service various forms of pest related bait stations and pest traps 6. Service, monitor, and maintain fly traps 7. Accurately swab litter belts in accordance with regulations and company procedures 8. Maintain all disinfectant foot pans in accordance with regulations and company proceduresOther Responsibilities 1. Remove dead birds 2. Help with other farm responsibilities 3. Help with cleaning the facility as needed 4. Help with house duties as assigned Required Qualifications Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 1. Must read and write legibly in English 2.
