Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Cannabis Compliance & Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and compliance needs of our cannabis business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with regulatory requirements in the cannabis industry and be comfortable managing documentation, records, deadlines, and compliance-related tasks. Knowledge of METRC is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Maintain organized and accurate compliance records and documentation Assist with cannabis licensing and regulatory requirements Track compliance deadlines, renewals, inspections, and required filings Assist with maintaining accurate inventory and operational records Enter and maintain information in METRC and other business systems Review records and documentation for accuracy and completeness Help prepare and maintain documents required by state and local regulators Monitor regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to the team Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requests Provide general administrative and office support as needed Follow up on missing information and documentation Maintain confidentiality of company and regulatory information Qualifications Previous administrative, office, or compliance experience Experience in the cannabis/THC industry strongly preferred Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance requirements preferred METRC experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with documentation, data entry, and deadlines Proficient with basic computer and office software Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and stay organized in a regulated environment Ability to work on-site in the Mankato/Waseca area Compensation $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is an in-house position with an opportunity to become an important part of a growing cannabis business and develop hands-on experience in cannabis compliance and operations.
