Compensation:
$46,000 (Hourly Non-Exempt)
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday either 11:30am to 8pm EST, 12:30pm-9:00pm EST or 1:30pm-10:00pm EST (Some mandatory overtime to include evenings, Saturdays and holidays to meet increased demands and deadlines) We are eligible to hire in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA and
WIPURPOSE OF POSITION
Ensures that all MyComputerCareer campuses and personnel comply with applicable federal, state, and accrediting body regulations as well as the schools policies and procedures by performing ongoing internal operational audits, primarily during the enrollment and placement processes, and making recommendations designed to establish and/or strengthen compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews all enrollment documentation to ensure compliance with State, Accrediting Body, and Federal regulations.

Reviews all Career Services placement documentation to ensure compliance with State and Accrediting Body regulations.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Admissions and Career Services teams on the understanding of policy and procedure in order to create a smooth and successful student journeyAssists in file reviews for all regulatory audits throughout the yearAssists with student record updates in Salesforce in collaboration with the Compliance Specialist - Student Records.

Supports school leadership to ensure preparation for any upcoming accrediting or regulatory body site visitsEnsure the required documentation is present to support any and all visits, responses and submissions.

Participate in a Secret Shopper program to ensure MyComputerCareer and Regulatory procedures are consistently practiced.

Attend webinars, conferences and workshops provided by the Dept. of Education, Dept. of Veteran Affairs, Accrediting Council on Continuing Education and Training and all governing States.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

Experience in Higher Education strongly preferred. Focus on Admissions, Career Services or Compliance a plus.

Salesforce experience is a plus.
