Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, job duties would include:

• Daily review of immunization records, lab reports and other documents to ensure that they meet the school's guidelines/requirements.
• When documents do not meet the guidelines, will contact the student via the Review Queue.
• Ensure that the documents are legible and legitimate. CPR Certifications in some instances are verified with the AHA.
• Enter immunization data such as administration dates, renewal dates and/or results.
• Report any trends such as errors made by multiple students, errors with the site, falsified documents, etc.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong attention to detail, and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively are preferred.
