Compliance Coordinator Fargo, ND Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Regulatory compliance Compliance audits & assessments Filing Compliance management implementation DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Productivity software Quality systems Cross-functional collaboration Technical Proficiency Entry level Cross-functional communication Full Job Description The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate driver qualification files and supporting company drug and alcohol programs to ensure full compliance with FMCSA regulations, company policies, and driver qualification standards. This role works closely with drivers, operations, and safety teams to uphold regulatory compliance, provide support, and ensure the highest standards of safety and accountability. Monitor and maintain driver file compliance programs, including annual MVR reviews, self-certifications, driving records, licensing, medical certifications, and ongoing MVR monitoring services. Support all aspects of the company's drug and alcohol testing program to ensure compliance with federal requirements. Assist with the driver citation process and roadside inspection reporting. Conduct camera event reviews and motorist complaint coaching in alignment with company Performance Improvement Guidelines. Index and maintain driver qualification documentation within compliance systems. Track, analyze, and report results of assigned compliance tasks and audits. Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Driver Support, Orientation, and Training teams to ensure consistent communication and compliance with DOT regulations. Apply quality management practices to review internal and external processes and systems related to driver file compliance. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in trucking/transportation industry; Safety or Compliance experience strongly preferred. Asset
- Basic knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies and compliance systems.
