Job Description

Overview:
The Supply Chain Supplier Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing supplier compliance data, product stewardship information, sustainability initiatives, and supplier performance metrics across the supply chain. This role serves as a critical liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of supplier and product information. The Analyst transforms complex data into actionable insights that support regulatory compliance, supplier performance, risk mitigation, sustainability objectives, and informed business decision-making. In addition, this position supports continuous improvement and Lean initiatives by driving process standardization, enhancing reporting capabilities, and improving data quality across supplier compliance and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and continuously improve supplier, product, compliance, and sustainability data within centralized business systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Serve as a primary point of contact for supplier-related compliance documentation, certifications, product stewardship requirements, and ESG information requests. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and maintain compliance, sustainability, quality, and performance-related data while ensuring timely resolution of issues and inquiries. Monitor supplier documentation, data completeness, and performance trends to support supplier development, risk management, and supply chain transparency initiatives. Analyze supplier performance metrics and compliance data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and drive appropriate follow-up actions. Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance summaries that provide meaningful insights to management and business stakeholders. Support customer, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements by ensuring supplier records and supporting documentation remain current and accurate. Lead or participate in Lean and continuous improvement projects focused on supplier compliance processes, reporting efficiency, documentation control, and data governance. Promote process standardization and best practices to improve operational efficiency, supplier engagement, and data integrity. Perform additional duties, special projects, and assignments as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier compliance, supplier quality, supplier development, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or a related field. Manufacturing industry experience required. Experience supporting supplier performance programs, sustainability initiatives, customer compliance requests, or product stewardship activities preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, supplier management platforms, and other business intelligence or data management tools. Experience managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems. Knowledge of supplier compliance requirements, quality systems, product stewardship programs, and sustainability/ESG reporting practices. Familiarity with supplier scorecards, audit support activities, corrective action processes, and supplier performance management. Understanding of quality management systems, regulatory compliance requirements, and supplier governance frameworks. Working knowledge of Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and project management practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations. Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
