Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Special Education programs, including knowledge of IDEA compliance, IEP processes, evaluations, and related services. Demonstrated knowledge of the Special Education Medicaid Initiative (SEMI), Medicaid reimbursement processes, or similar state/federal compliance and funding programs. Strong experience with data management systems, NJSLEDS, SID Management, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, reporting systems, and electronic record management. Experience preparing documentation for audits, grants, compliance monitoring, and state or federal reporting requirements. Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, contracts, and compliance-related activities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and communicating with administrators, schools, and external agencies. Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement procedures that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and accountability. Must have knowledge of Special Education programs and supports as outlined in N.J.A.C. Title 6
